Job summary

ACC Aviation is seeking a commercially driven Charter Broker to join the Reigate team. You will actively generate new business, build a client portfolio and manage from enquiry to flight completion, delivering a first-class client experience.

With 4+ years in air charter brokerage, you will negotiate, manage multiple opportunities and contribute to growing ACC’s global network. The role includes out-of-hours duty flexibility and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in air charter brokerage or a comparable charter role.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and driven by results.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible to participate in the out-of-hours duty rota.
