Job summary

McLarens is seeking an Operations & Client Relationship Manager for Private Clients in London with UK-wide availability and regular access to the London office. You will lead the regional support function, coordinating client activity, and assisting executives and adjusters in investigations and claim lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insurance or private clients setting is beneficial but not essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced office and administration environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical and methodical approach to work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clear, structured delivery.
• Solid Word/Excel skills and stakeholder management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support function for Private Clients across the region and coordinate client activity.
• Support executives and adjusters with investigations, validation, and diary management.
• Manage the lifecycle of claims from setup to conclusion and oversee the support team.
• Liaise with insureds, insurers, brokers and stakeholders to ensure excellent service.
• Produce technical reports for adjustments in line with standards and deadlines.
• Ensure time reporting and billing compliance; develop MI for clients and internal use.
• Contribute to regional growth opportunities with the Head of Private Clients and executives.
