Job summary

McLarens is seeking an experienced Private Clients & Estates Loss Adjuster to cover London, the South and Midlands with remote options in the UK. You will manage HNW and Agriculture/Estate claims end-to-end, ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs while delivering quality reports and stakeholder liaison.

The role requires proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities, plus strong relationship skills with brokers and insurers. Travel across the region is expected as part of service coverage.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified with significant High Net Worth loss adjusting experience.
• Strong negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with brokers and insurers; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of HNW and Agriculture/Estate property claims from investigation to settlement.
• Negotiate, investigate and settle claims to meet technical and operational standards.
• Liaise proactively with insured, insurers and brokers for timely conclusions.
• Produce quality reports in line with internal guidelines and timescales.
• Identify business growth opportunities and participate in client events and projects.
