Job summary

McLarens is seeking an Operations & Client Relationship Manager for Private Clients. The role may be UK-wide with regular access to the London office, reporting to the Head of Private Clients to drive regional support and client activity.

You will lead the private clients support function, coordinate MI, manage key client relationships, and ensure compliance with internal standards and processes. Strong stakeholder management and insurance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insurance or private clients setting is advantageous.
• Ability to learn and adapt to systems quickly.
• Strong organisational and analytical approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support function for private clients claims lifecycle.
• Coordinate client activity and MI reporting for growth strategy.
• Manage relationships with insureds, brokers and insurers.
• Oversee and schedule the workload of the support team.
• Ensure time reporting, billing, and internal standards compliance.
