McLarens in the United Kingdom is seeking a Claims Technician to support the Private Clients team in handling high-net-worth domestic claims. You will work with Adjusters to manage case lifecycles, triage new instructions and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires prior claims handling experience, caseload management, and progress toward CILA/CII qualification, with strong IT skills and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims handling with caseload management.
• Currently pursuing CILA/CII qualification.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Administration of new claims including receiving instruction and setup files.
• Assist Adjusters with investigation and validation enquiries.
• Manage file lifecycle and diary management to closure.
• Oversee Adjuster caseloads during leave.
• Coordinate with insured, insurers, brokers and stakeholders for service excellence.
• Produce technical reports aligned with standards and timelines.
• Ensure time reporting and billing compliance.
• Develop and run management information for clients and internal use.
• Provide account management support as needed.
• Handle incoming calls and resolve queries.
• Process invoicing and billing.
