Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is expanding its Private Client team in the North West. The role involves handling wills, probate, and related matters with a focus on client relationships. You will join an experienced team across Merseyside, with options in Warrington, Liverpool, or from home.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years PQE, a strong Private Client background, and a drive to develop the department while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• Solid background in handling Private Client matters from start to finish (will/estate administration).
• Experience in wills, probate, enduring powers of attorney and court of protection.
• Ambitious and keen to develop the department and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of Private Client matters end-to-end.
• Engage with clients through regular face-to-face or remote meetings and develop relationships.

Private Client Solicitor

A full-service regional high street practice that boasts an excellent reputation in the North West is expanding it's dedicated Private Client department. The firm is looking to add a confident and capable Private Client Solicitor tothe team.The team is spread across the firm's Merseyside suite of offices, and can accommodate you in either Warrington or Liverpool, and from home.

You'll be joining an experienced team working on an array of Private Client matters including, wills & probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts & estates and court of protection matters. You'll have a solid background in handling Private Client cases from start to finish gained within a reputable team, particularly in estate administration, be ambitious and keen to be at the forefront in the development of the department.

This is your chance to engage with your clients on a regular basis and have real face to face contact, to ensure that you can build long standing relationships and generate future business. You will be actively encouraged to get involved with business development activities and assist in driving the department forward.

Ideal scenario is for you tobe an ambitiousqualified Solicitor with between 2&6yrs PQEand be passionate about providing your clients with the highest level of service.
