Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Preston is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. You will advise clients on a broad range of private client matters and manage a varied caseload in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in Private Client is required.
• Confident in managing own caseload and meeting deadlines/billing targets.
• Strong technical knowledge, communication skills and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on wills, probate and estate administration.
• Handle inheritance tax, wealth and trust planning.
• Manage lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Develop succession planning for high-net-worth clients.

The Role

You’ll advise clients on a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Wills, probate and estate administration
• Inheritance tax, wealth and trust planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Succession planning for family businesses and high-net-worth clients

You’ll manage your own caseload, deliver outstanding client care and contribute to client relationships and business development.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX equivalent with 2+ years’ PQE in Private Client.
• Confident managing your own caseload and meeting deadlines and billing targets.
• Strong technical knowledge, communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Experience with trusts, succession planning or high-net-worth clients would be an advantage.
