Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment in Manchester is seeking a newly qualified Private Client Solicitor to join the South Manchester team, handling a high-quality caseload including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration and Court of Protection work from day one.

This practice boasts a heritage of over 30 years in the Manchester area and is now looking to grow with the addition of a newly qualified Private Client Solicitor.

You will work closely alongside the Managing Partner and experienced fee earners across a high-quality caseload, with a substantial will bank providing work from day one.

The Role

This firm is looking to appoint a newly qualified Solicitor to join its growing Private Client department in South Manchester.

This is an exciting time to be joining as the firm continues to establish itself as a specialist across Private Client, Family and Conveyancing. You will handle a broad spectrum of matters including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration and Court of Protection work, often involving complex and high value estates.

Due to the firm's heritage in the area, the established will bank and strong relationships with local IFAs and funeral directors, you will have a good amount of work from your first day.

You will be working closely with the Managing Partner and experienced colleagues, giving you the kind of bespoke training and development that is hard to find at larger practices as you build your own caseload.
