Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is expanding its Private Client team and seeks an ambitious Private Client Solicitor. You will manage wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and Court of Protection matters, handling cases from start to finish while building client relationships.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £56k and full company benefits, with flexible working options including home-based arrangements from Warrington or Liverpool offices.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years PQE in private client practice.
• Solid background handling private client matters from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Handle wills and probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and estates, and Court of Protection matters.
• Engage with clients face-to-face and build long-standing relationships.
• Participate in business development to help drive the department forward.
• Support team development across Warrington, Liverpool, and from home where appropriate.

Private Client Solicitor

A full-service regional high street practice that boasts an excellent reputation in the North West is expanding it's dedicated Private Client department. The firm is looking to add a confident and capable Private Client Solicitor to the team. The team is spread across the firm's Merseyside suite of offices, and can accommodate you in either Warrington or Liverpool, and from home.

You'll be joining an experienced team working on an array of Private Client matters including, wills & probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts & estates and court of protection matters. You'll have a solid background in handling Private Client cases from start to finish gained within a reputable team, particularly in estate administration, be ambitious and keen to be at the forefront in the development of the department.

This is your chance to engage with your clients on a regular basis and have real face to face contact, to ensure that you can build long standing relationships and generate future business. You will be actively encouraged to get involved with business development activities and assist in driving the department forward.

Ideal scenario is for you to be an ambitious qualified Solicitor with between 2&6yrs PQE and be passionate about providing your clients with the highest level of service.
