Job summary

Regional Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive in Kettering to join a well-established Private Client team. You will manage a varied caseload in wills, probate, estate planning, IHT and trusts, with 5+ PQE preferred.

You will supervise junior colleagues, provide technical guidance and work closely with the Head of Team to maintain client service standards and drive the department forward. STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential.

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong technical knowledge and excellent client skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to supervise colleagues.
