Job summary

G2Legal represents a prestigious Chambers-listed, Legal 500 law firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Wokingham. The candidate should have 3+ years’ PQE and be able to handle Wills, Trusts, Estates and IHT with strong client-facing skills.

You will join an established team of eight fee earners, enjoy full legal secretary support, and benefit from progression opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in Private Client law
• Experience with Wills, Trusts, Estates and IHT
• Strong client-facing and technical skills
• STEP qualification desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of Private Client matters including Wills, LPAs and Inheritance Tax planning
• Oversee estate and trust administration
• Handle elderly client and Court of Protection matters
• Create and administer trusts and client relationships
• Engage in estate planning and client relationship management

Our client is a prestigious Chambers-listed, Legal 500 law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join its established team in Wokingham as part of its succession planning.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality Private Client work, build strong client relationships and develop your career within a supportive team of 8 fee earners, with full Legal Secretary support.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills, LPAs and Inheritance Tax planning
• Estate and trust administration
• Elderly client and Court of Protection matters
• Trust creation, administration and accounting
• Estate planning and client relationship management

About You

• 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Strong experience in Wills, Trusts, Estates and IHT
• Excellent client-facing and technical skills
• STEP qualification desirable but not essential
• Ambition to develop and progress within the firm
