Job summary

Diamond Search Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the growing legal team in Gravesend. You will manage a varied caseload, advising on wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and tax planning, while building lasting client relationships.

The role requires a qualified solicitor with strong private client experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a supportive, forward-thinking firm with good career progression and development

• Build long-term client relationships and provide empathetic, professional service.

We're looking for an experienced and personable Private Client Solicitor to join our established and growing legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing clear, practical advice on a wide range of private client matters.

The Role

You'll manage your own varied caseload, advising clients on areas including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts and tax planning
• Inheritance and succession planning
• Court of Protection matters
• Advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries
• Handling complex estates and high-net-worth clients where appropriate

We're looking for someone who has:

• Qualified solicitor status with relevant private client experience
