SaccoMann in Kettering is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our well-established regional firm and take a leadership-focused role in the Private Client team.

You will manage your own caseload, mentor junior colleagues, and help maintain high standards of client service as part of the Kettering office.

The role offers a flexible salary depending on skills and PQE, with a supportive environment and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ PQE in Private Client.
• Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience mentoring junior team members is advantageous.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm, based in Kettering. This position has become available due to a planned retirement later this year, offering a valuable handover period to ensure a smooth transition.

You will work closely with the Partner and Head of Team, playing a key role in supporting the management and ongoing success of the Kettering office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership-focused role within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executivewith 5 + PQE in Private Client
• Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Previous experience supporting or mentoring junior team members would be advantageous
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and contributing to team management
• Strong client care skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
• Ambitious and motivated, with an interest in developing your career further within a well-established firm
