Job summary

Office Angels UK is partnering with a law firm in Burton upon Trent to recruit a Private Client Solicitor or Private Client Paralegal. The role suits a newly qualified solicitor or an experienced paralegal with wills, probate and LPA experience.

You will handle wills, probate applications and estate administration, liaise with clients and professionals, and support clients through bereavement with discretion and empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience in private client work including wills, probate and LPAs.
• Solid client-care focus and professional approach.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Drafting wills and advising on will-related matters.
• Assisting with probate applications and estate administration.
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Supporting clients through administration of estates after bereavement.
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate client files and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Managing client matters efficiently while delivering a professional and approachable service.
