Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent legal professional.
• Newly Qualified or up to 3 years' experience in Private Client.
• Experience or interest in wills, probate and estate administration.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills and LPAs.
• Advise on wills, probate and estate administration.
• Assist with probate applications and estate administration.
• Advise on trusts and inheritance issues.
• Support Court of Protection matters when required.
• Liaise with executors, beneficiaries and professionals.
• Maintain high standards of client care and compliance.
