Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Paralegal to join a Burton upon Trent team. The role covers wills, probate and estate administration with client-focused service.

You will handle drafting, LPAs, estate administration, and liaise with clients and professionals; a newly qualified Solicitor or experienced Paralegal welcome; training and progression opportunities in Private Client law.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified Solicitor with interest in developing Private Client practice.
• Experienced Private Client Paralegal with wills, probate and LPAs experience.
• Legal professional with strong organisational skills and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills and advise on will-related matters.
• Assist with probate applications and estate administration.
• Prepare and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Support clients through administration of estates after bereavement.
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage client matters efficiently with a professional, approachable service.
