Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Paralegal to join a Burton upon Trent team. The role covers wills, probate and estate administration with client-focused service.

You will handle drafting, LPAs, estate administration, and liaise with clients and professionals; a newly qualified Solicitor or experienced Paralegal welcome; training and progression opportunities in Private Client law.

About the Opportunity

We are working with an established law firm, who are looking to strengthen their Private Client department with the appointment of a motivated and client-focused legal professional.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor looking to develop their career in Private Client law, or an experienced Private Client Paralegal with a solid background in wills, probate and estate administration.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates who have a genuine interest in private client work and are committed to providing a high standard of client care.

The Role

Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:

• Drafting wills and advising clients on will-related matters.
• Assisting with probate applications and estate administration.
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Supporting clients through the administration of estates following bereavement.
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate client files and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing client matters efficiently while delivering a professional and approachable service.

About You
