Job summary

Office Angels UK is partnering with a law firm in Burton upon Trent to recruit a Private Client Solicitor or Private Client Paralegal. The role suits a newly qualified solicitor or an experienced paralegal with wills, probate and LPA experience.

You will handle wills, probate applications and estate administration, liaise with clients and professionals, and support clients through bereavement with discretion and empathy.

About the Opportunity

We are working with an established law firm, who are looking to strengthen their Private Client department with the appointment of a motivated and client-focused legal professional.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor looking to develop their career in Private Client law, or an experienced Private Client Paralegal with a solid background in wills, probate and estate administration.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates who have a genuine interest in private client work and are committed to providing a high standard of client care.

The Role

Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:

• Drafting wills and advising clients on will-related matters.
• Assisting with probate applications and estate administration.
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Supporting clients through the administration of estates following bereavement.
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate client files and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing client matters efficiently while delivering a professional and approachable service.

About You
