Job summary

Arbuthnot Latham is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to acquire High Net Worth clients and partners, expanding relationships across Private Banking, Wealth Planning and Investment Management. You will drive campaigns, events and introducer networks to support AUM growth.

You will represent the Bank in networking activities, maintain high standards of client service, and contribute to a strong, results-driven team culture with a focus on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking.
• Proven track record in winning new clients and managing relationships with HNW individuals.
• Strong networker with external partners & intermediaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy to acquire new HNW clients and intermediaries.
• Manage marketing campaigns and events for Business Development.
• Build network of partner firms for introducer business and on-boarding.
• Collaborate with Private Banking, Wealth Planning and Investment Management teams to enhance performance.
• Represent the Bank externally through networking and events (evenings up to 3 per week).
