Job summary

Arbuthnot Latham in Manchester is seeking a Senior Commercial Banking professional to build and manage a portfolio of deposit clients in the professional services sector, including legal firms and accountancy. You will generate new deposits of substantial value, develop introducer partnerships, and cross-sell banking products while maintaining high levels of personal service.

The role requires relationship leadership, strong AML/KYC discipline, and a proactive market presence.

Qualifications

• Successful background in Commercial/Corporate Banking and Liquidity acquisition.
• Experience dealing with Owner Managed independent businesses and Institutions.
• Track record of delivering compliant AML/KYC in onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of deposit clients in the professionals sector (legal, accountancy, insolvency, etc).
• Develop and maintain a network of firms for introducer business and contractual relationships.
• Self-source new deposit business in the Professionals sector and hit agreed targets.
• Cross-sell banking products including day-to-day banking, treasury services and lending.
• Be the external face of Arbuthnot Latham in the professional services market.
• Monitor liquidity and contribute to lending growth.
• Ensure compliance with risk, AML and governance requirements.
