Job summary

Arbuthnot Latham in the United Kingdom seeks a Private Banking Executive to provide proactive support to Private Bankers and their clients. You will act as a proxy in meetings, support client acquisition and retention, and ensure the highest standard of service for a growing HNW portfolio.

The role includes preparing client briefs, conducting proactive client calls, handling credit applications, and coordinating with Wealth Management, Compliance, and Operations while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Private banking support experience for PB areas.
• Understanding of the HNW segment and market.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements covering money laundering and related activity.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for clients in respect to day-to-day banking.
• Support Private Bankers in developing and retaining their portfolio of HNW clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and facilitate client meetings.
• Prepare full client briefs and research for private bankers.
• Coordinate and complete credit applications on behalf of Private Bankers.
• Maintain and update client records and account opening/closing processes.
• Assist with risk control and regulatory compliance.
