Job summary

Shaw Trust in the United Kingdom is recruiting an Evolution Wing Facilitator to deliver high-quality group and individual interventions for CFO Evolution participants, supporting offenders to develop confidence and a positive mindset for life after release.

The role works with prison staff to manage wing stages, input case notes into the CATS+ system, build partnerships, and ensure continuity of support through the gate, with a focus on safeguarding and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English & Maths or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of barriers faced by offenders and prison leavers with complex needs.
• Experience designing and delivering training and interventions in target-driven environments.
• Committed to continuous improvement through reflection, evaluation, and risk management.
• IAG Level 3, PTLLS or related teaching qualifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and coordination of Wing stages with prison CFO colleagues.
• Facilitation of structured interventions and recruitment of Wing Mentors.
• Updating case notes and inputting achievements into the CATS+ system for compliance.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships within prisons to ensure referrals.
• Ensure smooth transition of participants through the gate with external partners.
