Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking an Evolution Wing Facilitator to deliver group and individual interventions for CFO Evolution participants in a prison setting. You will manage induction, assessment, support, and pre-release activities, coordinating with prison staff and mentors to ensure progress and compliant case recording.

You will design and deliver training solutions, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and provide through-the-gate support when suitable, upholding safeguarding and inclusion

Qualifications

• Level 2 English & Maths or equivalent experience.
• Understanding barriers faced by offenders and prison leavers with complex needs.
• Experience in designing and delivering training, learning solutions, and interventions.
• Committed to safeguarding, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate Wing stages including induction, assessment, support work, 3-phase delivery and pre-release preparations.
• Facilitate structured interventions and recruit/train Wing Peer Mentors.
• Update case notes and input achievements onto the CFO Evolution system with high compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with prisons, CFO Evolution staff and partner agencies.
• Provide through-the-gate support into the community where appropriate.
