Career Connect is seeking a Prison Employment Adviser to support delivery of the CFO Evolution contract in the North-West, helping offenders address their resettlement goals.

The role involves working with people on remand or serving custodial and community-based sentences, supervised by the National Probation Service, to engage them in learning, training and employment opportunities, either through one-to-one or group work. This is an on-site permanent position.
