Job summary

Career Connect is seeking a Prison Employment Advisor to help deliver the CFO Evolution contract in the North-West. You will work with offenders in custody and Through the Gate to support their resettlement goals, including learning, training and employment opportunities.

The role involves working with individuals on remand or custodial/community sentences, under National Probation Service supervision, delivering one-to-one or group work.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting offenders or other vulnerable groups to progress.
• Ability to connect with people to help them progress in a prison environment.
• Familiar with quality and compliance requirements of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Work with offenders in custody and Through the Gate to support resettlement goals.
• Engage participants in learning, training and employment opportunities (1:1 or group work).
