Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking a CFO Delivery Manager to lead and deliver high-quality employability services across CFO Evolution in custody and community settings. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of teams and partnerships.

You will ensure performance targets, quality standards, and safeguarding policies are met while working across prison, probation and community services. Hybrid working options apply.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong performance management and coaching capabilities to drive targets.
• Data literacy to drive outcomes and manage risks in complex settings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of CFO Wings and Core/Feeder Prison services, ensuring timetabling, engagement and objectives are met.
• Lead and develop CFO Support Workers and Evolution Wing Facilitators for high performance.
• Safeguard, risk and incident processes compliant with Shaw Trust, HMPPS and contracts.
• Build relationships with custody, probation, community, employers and multi-agency partners.
• Develop referral pathways and improve custody-community transitions.
