Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking an Evolution Wing Facilitator based in Rochester, Kent. The role involves preparing and delivering high quality group and individual interventions to CFO Evolution participants, helping to develop confidence and future readiness. Purpose

The Evolution Wing Facilitator prepares and delivers high quality group and individual interventions to CFO Evolution participants ranging from set programmes which look to support offenders develop confidence and create a position mindset for the future to person centred support.

Location

You will be based in Rochester, Kent
