Circet UK is hiring a Priority Delivery Technician to join our Edinburgh team. You will organise daily and weekly schedules for fibre installations and repairs, working outdoors in varying weather to deliver high-quality service to residents and clients.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a DBS check, and strong customer-facing communication. Telecoms experience is preferred, but full training is provided, and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Formación

• Physically capable of demanding work including climbing up to 15 m, digging and heavy lifting.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• DBS check required.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across all technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.
• Good understanding of health & safety practices.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Organise daily and weekly fibre installation and repair work.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and potentially adverse weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients, and third-party stakeholders.
• Perform full fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety.
• Participate in team meetings to improve performance and customer experience.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address risks.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Carry out additional tasks as required.
