Job summary
iNREACH Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to install, service and support multi-function printers across customer sites in the UK. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and ensure devices operate to manufacturer specifications while delivering strong customer service.
A full UK driving licence and field travel are required. The role involves working with Ricoh, Canon and Epson devices, applying PaperCut/uniFLOW solutions and collaborating with the Service Manager
Qualifications
- Experience as a field service engineer servicing MFPs, printers and related print infrastructure.
- Strong mechanical/electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Solid TCP/IP networking knowledge and IT troubleshooting ability.
- Experience configuring networked printers/MFPs and print environments.
- Ability to install, configure and support PaperCut/uniFLOW and cloud/document solutions.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults on multifunction devices and printers.
- Perform preventative maintenance visits per manufacturer guidance.
- Install, configure and commission new print devices at customer sites.
- Replace parts and perform firmware upgrades as needed.
- Document work and manage service reports and stock usage.
