M TWO Search Ltd in Basildon is seeking an organised administrator to support order processing and coordination. You will handle orders, liaise with suppliers, and help arrange machinery installations across the UK and beyond.

You will also process invoices, provide delivery updates and ensure smooth handovers between sales, logistics and installation teams. This is a hands-on role in a busy operational environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in administrative, order processing or coordination roles.
• Experience dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to use business systems accurately and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders and check order details.
• Communicate with suppliers and track progress of orders.
• Coordinate machinery installations and organise logistics and timings.
• Process purchase invoices and manage credits.
• Provide delivery updates to customers and keep stakeholders informed.
