Basildon-based printing equipment supplier is seeking an organised coordinator to join the team. You will manage orders, check details, liaise with suppliers and ensure deliveries move smoothly.

A key part of the role is coordinating machinery installations, arranging logistics, engineers, equipment and timing. You will also handle invoices, credits and keep customers updated, ensuring every step is completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, order processing or coordination role with at least three years.
• Experience liaising with suppliers and customers.
• Able to coordinate installations and logistics.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Process and check customer orders and details.
• Communicate with suppliers to progress orders.
• Arrange deliveries and ensure right people and equipment are in place.
• Coordinate machinery installations with engineers and clients.
• Process purchase invoices and credits; provide delivery updates.
• Keep customers informed and ensure each step is completed.
