Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Installation Coordinator in Bolton to manage the installation diary, coordinate bookings for window, door and conservatory installations nationwide, and ensure smooth scheduling from order through to installation.

You will liaise with Branch Managers, the Ordering Department, and customers, keep accurate records in internal systems, handle inquiries by phone and email, and prioritise multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bookings and installations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy team.
• Confident telephone and email communication.
• Accurate data entry and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• As Installation Coordinator, manage the installation diary and plan efficiently from order to installation.
• Coordinate and book window, door and conservatory installations nationwide.
• Liaise with Branch Managers and the Ordering Department to ensure product availability.
• Schedule fitting teams and monitor upcoming installations to prevent delays.
• Reschedule installations when required and keep all stakeholders updated.
