Job summary

AECOM in the UK is seeking a Principal Process Engineer to join our Water Team with opportunities to be based across our North and Midlands offices, including Birmingham, Chesterfield, Leeds and Manchester, with a flexible hybrid working model.

You will lead process design in water and wastewater projects, perform hydraulic assessments, develop PFDs and P&IDs, and participate in HAZOP/HAZID safety reviews to deliver compliant designs.

Qualifications

• Extensive design experience in managing the technical delivery of large-scale water engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of process elements in wastewater and water infrastructure projects.
• Engage in all design stages from feasibility to construction.
• Lead bids and project delivery, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
