Job summary

WSP is seeking a Principal/Associate Engineer to support project delivery and supervise tasks within the Water team. You will advance urban drainage modelling capability, supervise deliverables, and mentor junior members while maintaining strong client relationships on current and future wastewater projects.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree and be chartered or progressing toward chartership, with experience in InfoWorks ICM and knowledge of Water Industry Specifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering; chartered or progressing towards chartership.
• Experience with wastewater hydraulic modelling and urban drainage.
• Strong communication and reporting skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery and supervision of tasks and deliverables.
• Develop urban drainage modelling capability and mentor junior staff.
• Manage local technical delivery team work and client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and proposal preparation.
