Job summary

Berkshire Grey is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead the design of intelligent automation systems and optimize customer operations. You will analyze complex data, collaborate with customers and internal teams during presales, and craft compelling technical responses for the sales process.

Responsibilities include prototyping, POC management, and working with sales and product teams to identify new application areas and ensure successful deployment in post-sales phases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong presales and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to develop and transition POC projects to engineering/operations.
