Job summary
Automation Anywhere seeks a Principal Solution Architect — Industry Specialist to lead BFSI-driven pre-sales and solutions at the enterprise level in the EMEA region. You will own ROI models, industry narratives, and executive workshops that translate agentic AI and intelligent automation into measurable business value.
In this hybrid role you will bridge solution engineering with industry catalyst activities, overseeing content, playbooks, and field enablement while engaging CXOs and major GSI
Qualifications
- 10+ years of BFSI, Insurance, or Finance Ops experience with a mix of practitioner and sales/consulting.
- Ability to lead enterprise architecture conversations and whiteboard solution designs.
- Experience with ROI modeling and CFO-focused value storytelling.
- Familiarity with agentic process automation concepts and AI/LLM integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead industry-specific pre-sales motions for major EMEA accounts and drive from qualification to close.
- Own business case, ROI model, and industry narratives for BFSI opportunities across EMEA and Middle East.
- Design executive-level discovery workshops translating business pain into automation roadmaps.
- Engage Global System Integrators on joint solution design for major BFSI accounts.
- Shape high-level solution architectures for APA, IDP, and co-pilot modalities.
