Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Principal Presales Engineer / Solutions Architect to join our commercial team in London. You will drive technical qualification, design, and demonstrations across ROI-focused AI infrastructure partnerships.

Collaborate with account executives, product, engineering, and operations to map customer workloads to practical architectures, while delivering compelling technical content and repeatable demos.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales engineering, solutions architecture, or sales engineering.
• Ability to present technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cycles in AI, cloud, or data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer opportunities and identify technical requirements early in the sales process.
• Deliver product demos, workshops, and architecture sessions for prospects and partners.
• Translate requirements into clear designs using Nscale’s platform and APIs.
• Develop proposals aligning architecture with customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ops to ensure scalable solutions.
• Support proofs of concept, onboarding projects, and technical validation activities.
• Create repeatable demo environments and technical playbooks.
