AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the HV Electrical Engineering group within our Power Grids team. Based at one of our offices in Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham or Epsom, you will oversee FEED and detailed design workstreams for transmission substations and mentor a high-performing team.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards it.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Proven design experience for substations in UK or internationally.

Mansioni

• Lead FEED and detailed design for electricity transmission substation projects.
• Manage interfaces with back-office engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Chair design and hazard review meetings, attend site visits as required.
• Support client relationships and business development initiatives.
