The role emphasizes delivering high-performance IP, shaping the technical roadmap, and driving efficiency in power and area budgets. The position offers hybrid working in Cambridge, with a competitive salary and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design teams for complex ASIC/FPGA projects.
• Proven track record delivering IP and ensuring on-time, high-quality results.
• Strong RTL design expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog.

Responsabilités

• Inform technical decisions across Algorithm, Architecture and Software teams.
• Provide timely delivery of projects through technical leadership.
• Mentor and develop engineers within the hardware team.
• Translate product requirements into hardware deliverables.
• Support presales discussions with customers.
• Oversee FPGA/ASIC design implementations and UVM testbenches.
