Job summary

WSP is seeking a Principal Geospatial Consultant to lead GeoAI and GIS delivery across major infrastructure projects. You will develop production‑grade Python workflows, build spatial data pipelines, and integrate AI frameworks within ArcGIS environments to deliver scalable, data‑driven insights.

You will mentor junior colleagues, shape GeoAI approaches, and collaborate with GIS, data science, and engineering teams to ensure high‑quality client outcomes in a hybrid UK role.

Qualifications

• Strong GIS experience with Python development and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop GeoAI solutions—including object detection, feature extraction, change detection, and predictive spatial modelling—using both Esri tools and open‑source AI frameworks.
