Job summary

Stantec is looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical and EICA design across water and wastewater projects, based in Birmingham, Redditch, Derby, Bristol or Exeter. You will guide technical delivery and mentor engineers, shaping the technical capability of our Midlands and South West teams.

In this role you will coordinate multidisciplinary designs, review SLDs and control philosophies, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clients and supply chain partners to

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, or working toward registration.
• Experience delivering electrical/EICA solutions in complex infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary delivery across projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and documentation.
• Experience producing/reviewing SLDs, control philosophies and reports.
• Excellent communication with clients, stakeholders and teams.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities
