Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical design efforts for mission-critical data centers in the EMEA region. You will act as the client-side technical authority on design projects, steering electrical direction, refining specifications, and coordinating with consultants, vendors, and operations teams.

The role requires deep experience in high-demand electrical systems, DfMA concepts, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in electrical power design and construction (15+ years preferred).
• Experience with EU construction markets and regulations.
• Mission Critical (data centers, semiconductors, pharmaceutical) design and/or client-side experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review project specifications, drawings, and submittals with internal and external teams.
• Provide engineering oversight of plans, equipment, and system submittals.
• Coordinate interfaces across disciplines to optimize delivery to Operations.
• Lead design direction, review design consultant documents, and guide vendors.
