Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC in London seeks a Technical Director of Mechanical Engineering to lead a high-caliber EMEA team responsible for critical data center infrastructure design and delivery. You will shape strategy, oversee multi-project programs, and drive cost-efficient, safe installations across regions.

The role demands 15+ years in data center mechanical leadership, strong Revit/BIM/Navisworks knowledge, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with professional accreditation preferred.
• 10+ years in data center mechanical engineering management.
• EMEA construction market experience required; NA preferred.
• Understanding of Revit, BIM, Navisworks.
• Strong communication with executive management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering activities across EMEA expansion projects.
• Oversee design decisions, SOWs, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and finance for project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
