Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Director, Mechanical Engineering, EMEA to lead a high‑caliber team of mechanical engineers focused on data center critical infrastructure. You will own design output, set standards, and drive CAPEX/OPEX tradeoffs across projects.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop talent across the region and collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to deliver high‑quality facilities. Travel across EMEA 25%–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center mechanical engineering management or equivalent managerial positions.
• Experience with EMEA construction markets is required; NA markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing mechanical engineering team across EMEA.
• Own design output, reviews, and compliance with standards.
• Balance CAPEX and OPEX while ensuring on-time project delivery.
