Qualifications

• Several years’ experience acting as Principal Designer.
• A demonstrable understanding of design and construction drawings.
• Experience in managing project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to comply with statutory duties.
• Act as the nominated Principal Designer consultant.
• Carry out full Principal Designer duties under the CDM regulations.
• Conduct site Health and Safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety practices.
