A global leader in consulting and engineering is seeking a Principal Construction Engineer to join their team in Reading. This role includes leading construction projects, providing expertise during design development, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree and have experience in FEED and EPC projects within the energy sector. The position offers hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
We are recruiting for a Principal Construction Engineer to join our Reading Home Office team, providing support for the successful delivery of projects.
The position will be based in our Reading office with Hybrid working considered.

This role is suitable for an experienced Principal Construction Engineer who is familiar with developing construction execution methodologies and has a structured approach to work packaging.
This role may also be suitable for a Senior Construction Engineer who is seeking to develop their career and take on more responsibility.
Willingness to undertake business trips and assignments away from the home office is a necessary part of construction execution and the role requires candidates to be supportive of this.
The ideal candidate will be part of the Construction Engineering Team and will report directly into the Construction Engineering Manager.
