Job summary

The Flying Bull Academy in Portsmouth is seeking a passionate teaching assistant to support learning, promote children's independence, and work with an enthusiastic team. You will contribute to development including speech and language, learning, physical and mental well-being under guidance of the Class teacher and SENCO.

You will work one-to-one or in small groups, prepare resources, foster positive behaviour, and communicate with parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children in a primary setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to support speech, language, wellbeing and development in learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or small group support.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of learning resources.
