We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Rotherham that is seeking a motivated Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons.
Work with individual pupils and small intervention groups to raise attainment and confidence.
Assist children with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
Help maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Prepare learning resources and support classroom activities.
Encourage pupils' independence, social development and love of learning.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Recent experience working within a UK primary school.
A positive, proactive and nurturing approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development.
