Job summary

Aspiring Primary School Teaching Assistant role in Northampton with Aspire People requires a friendly, patient candidate to support pupils in a vibrant classroom. You’ll work alongside teachers to support learning, manage activities, and help create an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

A background in childcare or school settings is helpful but not essential. Level 2/3 TA qualifications are advantageous.
