Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Worksop that is looking to appoint a dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

As a Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons.
Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups to help them achieve their learning goals.
Provide targeted support for children with additional learning needs, including SEND where required.
Assist with phonics, reading, writing and maths interventions.
Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupils' confidence and independence.
Prepare classroom resources and assist with day-to-day classroom organisation.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Has recent experience working within a UK primary school.
Has a good understanding of the National Curriculum and classroom practices.
Has experience supporting children with SEND (desirable).
Demonstrates excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
Is enthusiastic, reliable and committed to helping every child succeed.
